Located on Islington’s central Upper Street, Islington Town Hall stands out with its grand white facade and civic staircase. Inside, there are four elegantly appointed rooms to pick from, the largest of which is the Council Chamber. This room can seat up to 100 guests, with additional seating for 60 more on the upper balcony. The horseshoe seating retains a sense of immediacy, so that even in the back row, all of your guests feel close to the action. It’s an impressive room to say I do, with its regal red carpets, stained glass windows and spectacular vaulted ceilings.

By contrast, the Mayor’s Parlour is the smallest room in Islington Town Hall, with space for up to 12 guests. The luxurious leather fixtures, feature fireplace and oak panelled walls keep up the close atmosphere as you speak your vows. It’s a great option for couples looking for a beautifully decorated small space to share with your loved ones. The Richmond room and Room 99 are the remaining choices, with similar elegant designs, floral displays and regal carpets.
